Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness for customers.
• Plan each shift, monitor performance during the shift, and take action to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability throughout the shift.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them to run a great shift.

Qualifications
