Job summary

SONIC in Oklahoma is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager to support daily operations and help deliver a great guest experience. You will assist with hiring, training, and developing team members to spark moments of delightful possibility for our customers.

You will join a team that emphasizes friendly service, safety, and efficiency while handling shift leadership tasks and ensuring quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Preferably, you have six months or more of restaurant experience.

• Assist the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in daily restaurant operations.
• Provide quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient manner to ensure guests have an enjoyable experience.
• Assist with hiring, training, and developing team members to spark moments of delightful possibility.
