Candidates should exhibit the following behaviors:

Responsibilities

• Run excellent shifts and assist the General Manager and Assistant Managers in operating an Arby’s restaurant to ensure guests receive an outstanding dining experience.
• Guide Team Members, ensure operating standards, and train and assist Team Members on all positions and tasks in the restaurant.
• Stand for up to 8 hours and lift 25 to 40 pounds; push, pull, stretch, reach, bend, and use fingers and wrists continuously.
• Communicate effectively through verbal and written means with employees, supervisors, guests, and vendors.
• Reconcile cash, complete manual and computer-based paperwork and forms, and monitor and maintain quality, service, cleanliness and safety standards.
