Responsibilities

• A Shift Manager is responsible for running excellent shifts and assisting the General Manager and Assistant Manager(s) in running an Arby\'s restaurant to ensure that guests receive an outstanding dining experience.
• The Shift Manager must be able to guide Team Members, ensure operating standards, and train and assist Team Members on all positions and tasks in the restaurant.
• Manage, lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding guest service.
• Ensure quality, service, cleanliness, and safety standards are maintained.
• Physical requirements: stand for up to 8 hours; lift 25 to 40 pounds; push, pull, stretch, reach, bend; continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.
• Communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, guests, and vendors.
• Reconcile cash and complete manual and computer-based paperwork and forms.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift 25 to 40 pounds; ability to push, pull, stretch, reach, bending and repetitive wrist use.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in restaurant operations and supervisory experience preferred.
