Responsibilities

• Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Plan for each shift, monitor performance, take action to meet McDonald’s standards, monitor safety, security, and profitability.
• Communicate with the next shift manager for continuity.
• Help assigned departments meet their goals and meet targets during shifts.
• Food Safety, Internal Communication, Inventory Management, Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness, Managing Crew, Quality Food Production, Exceptional Customer Service, Safety and Security, Scheduling, Training.

Qualifications

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Candidates should be positive team players with a flexible schedule and passion for working in a fast‑paced McDonald’s environment. Must be 18 years or older.
