Position Overview

This is a Shift Manager position in a McDonald’s operated restaurant. Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service. They supervise crews, maintain quality, safety, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Plan shifts, monitor performance and safety, and address any issues to keep the team meeting McDonald’s standards.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to help them run a great shift.
• Help departments meet their targets and overall goals.
• Food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance and cleanliness, managing crew, quality food production, exceptional customer service, safety & security, scheduling, and training.
