McDonald’s franchise restaurant is seeking a Shift Manager to lead weekly shifts, plan operations, and ensure fast, accurate, and friendly service. This role offers competitive hourly pay and benefits, with opportunities to grow within a franchisee-supported environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly pay between $15.25 and $19.75, based on experience and availability.

Education benefits up to $3,000 toward college tuition

Free meals during working hours

Paid vacations starting at 1 week per year
