Salary: $18.50–$24.00 per hour. Locations: Elizabethtown, KY and Shepherdsville, KY. Posted: 3 weeks ago.

This role is at a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee and not McDonald’s USA. Although the franchisee uses McDonald’s logos and food products, it is a separate entity and the sole employer for all employment matters. McDonald’s USA has no control over hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing or scheduling. The franchisee will receive your application directly.

Responsibilities

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service.

A Shift Manager provides leadership to the crew and other managers during a shift, maintaining quality, service, and cleanliness. They plan shifts, monitor performance, enforce McDonald’s standards, oversee safety, security, profitability, and communicate effectively for smooth transitions. Shift Managers also meet targets and support departmental goals.
