We are looking for a passionate Shift Manager to grow our leadership team. As a leader, you’re committed to being your best self and working with integrity as you learn how to operate multimillion-dollar stores. Our ideal candidate has a commitment to teamwork and a desire to learn and grow.

As a Shift Manager, you will:

  • Exemplify extraordinary leadership skills. Using our business-specific core values, you take a stand for yourself, your career, and the way you lead.
  • Consistently coach others. Support employees with potential issues and resolutions to ensure high profitability and smooth operations. Train employees on delivering irresistible food and drinks, engaging in authentic conversation.

  • Demonstrate your passion for the guest experience. Display your love for food and drinks through exceptional menu and product knowledge.

What we need from you:

  • 3 years of restaurant experience, with 1 year in a leadership-focused role.
  • A passion and commitment to hospitality, teamwork, and fun.
  • A commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging experience for your team members and guests.
  • A willingness to learn and openness to feedback, coaching, and mentorship.
  • The ability to legally work in the USA.
