Blue Polymers is seeking an on-shift maintenance technician to service plant equipment, buildings and operations in a manufacturing environment. You will read manuals, perform preventive maintenance, and execute repairs while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include implementing changes, coordinating parts orders, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Strong problem-solving, English proficiency, and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred completion of an Industrial Maintenance program or equivalent.
• Ability to operate forklift and articulated boom/scissor lift.

Responsabilités

• Ensure all equipment, buildings and plant operations are SAFE and in good working condition.
• Execute tasks and/or repairs on shift as needed.
• Implement authorized changes to equipment on shift.
• Read and interpret manuals, diagrams and work orders to perform maintenance.
• Perform preventive maintenance on machines.
• Maintain tools and consumables in good condition and organized.
• Follow Quality, Safety and Environmental Procedures.
• Support Continuous Improvement efforts as needed.
• Pass a Skills Assessment test.
