The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a commitment to continuous improvement in a dynamic, industrial environment. Expect occasional overtime and travel, with relocation support offered.

Qualifications

• Experience managing teams in manufacturing or aerospace environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop C-shift production teams to meet safety and quality targets.
• Coordinate work center schedules and training, including overtime planning.
• Escalate HR issues and maintain performance metrics.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma where applicable.
