You will lead teams to achieve operational excellence, develop production plans, mentor staff, and collaborate with engineering, quality, and supply chain to solve manufacturing challenges.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, adherence to safety and quality standards, and capability to scale up production for new products, with relocation available

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading a manufacturing or aerospace team.
• 5+ years as an individual contributor in similar settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data to drive decisions and improvements.
• Lift 50 lbs and work at heights or in confined spaces.
• Proficient with Windows and MS Office.

• Lead and optimize manufacturing operations for efficiency and quality.
• Develop and execute production plans to meet schedules.
