Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead shifts, ensure top customer service, and enforce brand standards and food safety. You will assist in training new team members and monitor cash handling practices.

You will oversee opening/closing routines, operate the POS system, and maintain knowledge of products and services across the plaza while supporting cross-selling and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing with the public and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures and checklists.
