Job summary

ABC Fine Wine & Spirits, Inc. is seeking a Shift Leader Trainee for the Kissimmee Loop John Young Pkwy store. The role involves acting as Manager on Duty, greeting guests, processing POS transactions, and supporting store operations and training.

You will maintain responsible vendor practices and coach teammates to deliver excellent service. A strong candidate will be 21+, able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends, with a background in leadership and a GED/HS diploma.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age or older.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in management or leadership roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Manager on Duty and assist in store operations.
• Greet guests and provide friendly, prompt service.
• Process transactions with POS and handle cash/accounting tasks.
• Attend on-site/online training for management practices and product knowledge.
• Maintain age verification for alcohol/tobacco purchases.
• Train and coach staff to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Assist with store cleanliness, stocking, and shop display.
• Wrap gifts and provide carry-out service as needed.
• Unload deliveries and merchandise shelves per guidelines.
