Job summary

ABC Fine Wine & Spirits is seeking a Shift Leader Trainee to join our Lakeland, FL store. Trainees are hired and trained to advance into the Shift Leader role typically within 90 days. You will greet Guests, provide high-quality service, and support store operations as you train under Store and Assistant Managers.

You will handle POS transactions, cash control, and daily opening/closing duties while maintaining a safe, clean environment. Flexible scheduling is required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months of proven experience and/or training in a management or leadership role; or equivalent education/experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Manager on Duty in training and assist with store operations.
• Greet Guests and provide prompt, friendly service throughout their visit.
• Operate a POS terminal with accurate cash handling and processingもちろん coupons/discounts per procedures.
• Train, coach and direct other sales associates when acting as Manager on Duty in training.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment including sales floor and stockroom.
• Unload weekly truck deliveries and merchandise product on shelves as per guidelines.
