ABC Fine Wine & Spirits, Inc. is seeking a Leader in Training in Navarre, FL. This role is part of the leadership pipeline, aimed at developing store leaders for the future. Responsibilities include completing training within 6 months, enhancing store operations, and supporting management tasks.

The ideal candidate will have retail leadership experience and be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends. The position offers a competitive benefits package including paid vacation, wellness-based health insurance, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• At least 6 months of retail leadership experience or a combination of 2 years of education in Business Management or a related field and equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete all training within the LIT program, targeting completion in 6 months or less.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales and enhance store operations.
• Help ensure consistent visual and operational merchandising standards.
