Job summary

Team Lyders, a Taco Bell franchisee in Howell, MI, is seeking a Shift Leader to support daily restaurant operations, training, and delivering exceptional guest service. You will help maintain brand standards and foster a positive work environment with opportunities for leadership growth.

As a Shift Leader, you will supervise during shifts, manage inventory, and ensure cleanliness and safety while driving a consistent customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a restaurant leadership or training role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass a background screening and MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support team members during shifts.
• Assist with training and development of new and existing team members.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, championing core values.
• Set the tone for exceptional customer service and teamwork.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and brand standards.
• Assist with administrative duties, including back-office organization.
• Audit CORE performance and provide coaching for improvement.
