Team Lyders, a Taco Bell franchisee, is seeking a part-time Shift Leader to support daily restaurant operations and guide team members toward exceptional guest experiences.

You will train and supervise staff, foster a positive workplace culture, and help ensure brand standards are upheld during busy shifts, weekends, and evenings in Michigan. This role offers leadership growth within the company and a path to future advancement.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a restaurant leadership or training role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass a background screening and MVR check.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and extended shifts when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support team members during shifts.
• Assist with training and development of new and existing team members.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, championing Team Lyders’ core values.
• Plan, direct, and deploy crew to meet brand and company standards.
• Manage product inventory and ordering to meet demand.
• Assess and coach team members for service excellence.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and equipment standards.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
• Assist with administrative duties, including back-office organization.
• Audit CORE performance and provide coaching for improvement.
• Manage equipment maintenance and safety standards.
• Perform and oversee cash handling and daily banking tasks.
