Team Lyders, a Taco Bell franchisee operating across the Midwest, is seeking a Shift Leader to support daily restaurant operations, help train and develop team members, and ensure exceptional service for guests. This role provides a pathway for leadership growth within the company.

As a part-time position, you will supervise shifts, organize training, uphold brand standards, foster a positive workplace, and contribute to operational efficiency while growing into leadership.

Competenze

• 1+ years of restaurant leadership or training experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to pass background and MVR checks.
