Job summary

Team Lyders, a Taco Bell franchisee operating over 200 locations in the Midwest, is seeking a part-time Shift Leader. You will support daily restaurant operations, help train and develop team members, and uphold brand standards while delivering exceptional guest service.

As a leader on the floor, you will supervise crew during shifts, organize back-office tasks, manage inventory and safety, and coach teammates to uphold MIC routines and CORE objectives.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a restaurant leadership or training role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass a background screening and MVR check.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and extended shifts when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support team members during shifts.
• Assist with training and development of new and existing team members.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, championing Team Lyders’ core values.
• Set the tone for exceptional customer service and teamwork.
• Audit CORE performance and provide coaching for improvement.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and equipment standards.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations and back-office tasks.
