Job summary

Team Lyders, a Taco Bell franchisee, is seeking a part-time Shift Leader in Michigan to support daily restaurant operations and lead a team. You will assist in training, uphold brand standards, and deliver a consistent guest experience while fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities include supervising crew, planning staffing, managing inventory, and ensuring safety and cleanliness. 18+ must pass background and MVR checks; weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a restaurant leadership or training role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass a background screening and MVR check.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and extended shifts when necessary.

• Supervise and support team members during shifts.
• Assist with training and development of new and existing team members.

• Assist with administrative duties, including back-office organization.
• Audit CORE performance and provide coaching for improvement.
• Manage equipment maintenance and safety standards.
• Perform and oversee cash handling and daily banking tasks.
