Job summary

Team Lyders, a Taco Bell franchise operator, is seeking a Shift Leader to support daily restaurant operations and training. You will help develop team members, uphold brand standards, and foster a positive work environment.

This role offers leadership growth within the company and the opportunity to drive exceptional guest experiences in the franchise network. You will supervise shifts, manage inventory, coach performance, and ensure safety and cleanliness while delivering consistent service

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in restaurant leadership or training.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions quickly.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass a background screening and MVR check.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and extended shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support team members during shifts.
• Assist with training and development of new and existing team members.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, championing Team Lyders’ core values.
• Set the tone for exceptional customer service and teamwork.
• Deliver a Consistent Customer Experience
• Execute MIC Success Routine to ensure operational efficiency.
• Plan, direct, and deploy crew to meet brand and company standards.
• Manage product inventory and ordering to meet demand.
• Assess and coach team members for service excellence.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and equipment standards.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
• Assist with administrative duties, including back-office organization.
• Audit CORE performance and provide coaching for improvement.
• Manage equipment maintenance and safety standards.
• Perform and oversee cash handling and daily banking tasks.
