Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking a Shift Leader to coach Dunkin’ restaurant team members during shifts and ensure execution of Brand standards and guest service. You will set goals, assign tasks, and motivate staff with timely feedback.

You will support the Restaurant Manager in meeting operational goals, maintain food safety and inventory, and handle customer issues to uphold the restaurant’s reputation for quality and service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.
• Proven experience leading daily store operations.

Responsibilities

• Coach team members and ensure Brand standards are met.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving operational goals.
• Ensure food and beverage standards are consistently met.
• Handle customer complaints and emergencies with composure and quick action.
• Manage shift deployment and cash handling procedures.
