Job summary

Chicken Salad Chick is seeking a Team Leader to assist the GM and AM in daily restaurant operations, ensuring superb guest experiences and a vibrant work environment. The role focuses on guest service, shift management, and maintaining financial & regulatory compliance.

The Team Leader will train hourly staff, uphold food safety standards, and support promotions and staffing decisions during shifts. Previous restaurant experience is preferred; reliable transportation is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist GM/AM in daily restaurant operations within budget.
• Ensure compliance with food handling standards and policies.
• Follow dining room, service area and kitchen procedures.
• Train and counsel hourly team members on shift.
• Deliver high hospitality and service to guests at all times.
• Coach team members during shifts as needed.
• Maintain personnel records, schedules and reports.
• Prepare and maintain administrative and financial records per GM.
