Job summary

Chicken Salad Chick Snellville is seeking a Team Leader to assist the GM and AM in operating the restaurant to deliver superb guest experiences. You will help manage guest service and shift operations while upholding food safety and company standards.

You will train hourly team members, ensure hospitality, and coach staff during shifts, while maintaining schedules, records, and adherence to policies. Restaurant experience is preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Successfully complete formal Shift Leader classes provided by the Corporate Training Department.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM/AM in daily operations within budget.
• Ensure compliance with established food standards and procedures.
• Ensure procedures are followed in dining room, service area and kitchen.
• Train and counsel hourly team members on shift.
• Guarantee hospitality and service to all guests.
• Coach hourly team members during shifts as needed.
• Maintain personnel records, schedules and reports.
• Prepare administrative and financial records as directed by the GM.
• Present specials, promotions, and plans according to company procedures.
• Maintain hours of operation during shifts.
• Ensure safety and sanitation regulations are followed.
• Make decisions on team assignments and disciplinary actions when acting as Manager on Duty.
• Defer hiring/terminating, pay increases, and scheduling decisions to GM/AM.
