Responsibilities

• Assist GM/AM in daily operation within budget.
• Ensure food safety and quality by following procedures.
• Supervise dining room, service area and kitchen.
• Coach and counsel hourly team members on shift.
• Maintain hospitality and guest service at all times.
• Ensure scheduling, records and reports are prepared.
• Implement promotions and marketing plans as directed.
• Oversee hours of operation during shift.
• Enforce safety and sanitation regulations.
• Make staffing and disciplinary decisions in absence of GM.
