Job summary

Sonic Drive-In in Bryan, OH is seeking a Team/Crew Leader to perform, lead, and supervise basic operational duties to provide quality products and service to guests.

Responsibilities

• Perform, lead, and supervise station duties across fountain, grill, drive-thru and prep.
• Assist with new employee orientation and training.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Perform regular cleaning and sanitation duties.
• Lead shift meetings and report issues to MOD.
• Move and stock food product up to 50 pounds.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned or required.
