The position emphasizes leadership in shift operations, coaching hourly team members, and maintaining food safety, service standards, and company procedures throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Assist the GM and AM in daily restaurant operations within the budget.
• Ensure compliance with food quality standards and handling procedures.
• Follow dining room, service area and kitchen procedures.
• Train and counsel hourly team members on shift.
• Provide the highest level of hospitality and service to guests.
• Coach team members during shifts as needed.
• Maintain personnel records, schedules and shift reports.
• Prepare and maintain administrative records as directed by GM.
