You will support POS operations, shopper and donor interactions, and maintain cleanliness and organization throughout your shift. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Management, Retail Operations, or a related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of supervisory or lead experience in retail/logistics environments required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on‑duty key holder, supporting opening/closing routines and ensuring store readiness.
• Lead on‑floor operations and guide associates during shifts.
• Support donor and shopper experiences with friendly, efficient service and safe practices.
• Reinforce merchandising standards, pricing integrity, and signage placement.
• Coach and train new and existing staff on standard procedures and service expectations.
