Job summary

Jamba is seeking a dynamic Shift Leader to manage daily store operations, drive sales, and uphold the Whirl'd Class service that customers love. You will lead a small team, model positive behaviors, and ensure brand standards across all tasks.

In this role you will supervise 1–8 team members, coordinate tasks, train staff, and maintain guest satisfaction through efficient service, accurate orders, and clean facilities.

Qualifications

• Passion for the Jamba brand and enthusiasm for learning more about Jamba products and nutrition.
• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
• Available to work a minimum of sixteen (24) hours/week AND a minimum of three (3) days.
• Previous restaurant/foodservice experience recommended.
• Knowledge of MS Word and Excel.

• Oversee shift operations, sales performance and brand execution in the store.
