Job summary

You will ensure compliance with safety and company policies, handle cash reporting, address guest feedback, and support opening/closing procedures to keep a clean, friendly restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the US.
• HS diploma or GED completed.
• Willingness to travel is preferred.
• English language proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations (labor, inventory variance, cash reporting) during assigned shifts, including opening and closing.
• Provide production direction to Team Members in a clear and concise way.
• Lead shift plan execution to ensure swift and smooth production.
• Delegate to encourage teamwork while ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Motivate Team Members to provide friendly service and maintain clean surroundings.
• Address guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
• Direct, train and motivate Team Members on each workstation during shift.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company policies; report violations immediately.
• Maintain loss control procedures and a safe environment for customers and staff.
• Complete cash reporting, inventory control, and scheduling checklists during shift.
