Taco Bell is seeking a Shift Manager to run high-quality shifts and support the Restaurant General Manager. The role emphasizes owning shift execution, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining food safety, and guiding team members to deliver fast, friendly service.

You will supervise team members, manage time and inventory, and uphold cash control procedures while maintaining professionalism and restaurant standards. Successful candidates will be proactive and customer-focused.

Formación

• Strong emphasis on customer service and leadership responsibilities.
• Experience or ability to supervise a team and ensure shift execution.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and order accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Run great shifts in a self-sufficient manner under RGM supervision.
• Ensure MIC Success Routine and accountability for People, Customers and Service.
• Maintain neat appearance and company uniform compliance by all team members.
• Prioritize customer needs and resolve complaints promptly.
• Oversee food safety, quality, and order accuracy; maintain positive customer relations.
• Lead team with urgency, collaborate with peers, and provide guidance to staff.
• Develop team members through feedback and training; handle conflicts constructively.
• Support cash control; manage inventory and labor in line with policy.
