Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking a Shift Lead to support Restaurant General Manager by running great work shifts and upholding Taco Bell standards. You’ll guide Team Members to complete duties, serve safe, high-quality food with a friendly attitude, and help maintain a safe place for staff and guests.

You will model shift-lead behaviors, solve customer issues quickly, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is recommended.
• Ability to lead and coach Team Members.
• Strong communication with management and staff.
• Proven problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Team Members complete all assigned duties and maintain quality food standards.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming environment for both employees and customers.
