Responsibilities include coaching team members, maintaining safety, and coordinating with store leadership to complete tasks. This role requires flexibility to work 1st–3rd shifts and a strong customer-service focus.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading a shift and coaching team members.

• Knows cash handling and inventory procedures.

Responsibilities

• Act as on-shift leader in absence of Store/General Manager.
• Assign work, manage inventory, and ensure shift tasks are completed.
• Deliver guest service with a proactive, helpful attitude.
• Maintain safety, stock, cleanliness, and compliance with policies.
