Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as shift leader in the absence of Store/General Manager and manage workload and inventory.
• Deliver guest service with a proactive, helpful attitude and follow management instructions.
• Maintain safety, cash handling, and compliance with store policies during shifts.
• Train new team members and provide coaching to staff.
• Lead multiple shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd) and ensure tasks are completed on time.
