Qualifications

• Must have a Food Handler Certification as required by state/city.
• High school diploma or GED may be required.
• Experience in food service with supervisory duties.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food and dispensed beverages for daily service before rush periods.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation compliance at all times.
• Manage food operations including shrink, gross profit, and inventory.
• Count, stock, and order inventory; provide data to support profitability.
• Operate foodservice equipment and maintain clean workspaces.
• Implement program rollouts and product quality specifications.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
