Thorntons LLC is seeking a Food Service Manager to oversee food and beverage quality, rotation, inventory, and cleanliness while driving sales and profits across food categories.

The role includes preparing products, sampling per procedures, maintaining safety standards, managing shrink and costs, supervising staff, operating kitchen equipment, and training on product quality specs; occasional early mornings and late afternoons.

Qualifications

• Food Handler Certification as required by state, city, or township.
• Experience in food service environment with supervisory duties.
• Ability to read and understand reports, records, and other business documents.
• Working knowledge of product costs and profits to ensure profitability.

Responsabilités

• Prepare food and dispensed beverage products for daily service prior to rush periods.
• Maintain rotation, inventory, and cleanliness within food and beverage areas.
• Achieve sales, unit, and profit goals for food and beverage categories.
• Manage shrink, gross profit, quality, and supplies while maintaining standards.
• Count, stock, order inventory, and provide data to support profitability.
• Identify ways to grow the business; follow established processes.
• Operate foodservice and beverage equipment; keep workspace clean.
• Implement and train on product rollouts and quality specifications.
