Job summary

You will lead staff in the absence of a manager, handle opening/closing procedures, and help maintain store presentation and inventory. This role offers 25 hours per week with a pay range of $16.00–$23.00 per hour and benefits; location and geography influence salary.

Qualifications

• Must have deductive reasoning and analytical skills with computer proficiency.
• Advanced communication and supervision abilities are required.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support store management to drive store execution and performance.
• Supervise staff by assigning, directing, and following up on activities.
• Communicate effectively with management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves; execute displays and inventory.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs).
