Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and performance with a strong focus on customer service. When the manager is absent, you lead the store staff, ensure opening and closing procedures are completed, and help maintain a welcoming, efficient shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills, and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor and ensure smooth store operations.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints to promote CVS customer service culture.
• Supervise activities by directing and following up with the crew and communicate with store management.
• Merchandise and stock shelves, price merchandise, and handle weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays and signage.
