Job summary

CVS Health in Owasso, OK is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team by driving store execution and customer service. When managers are away, you lead the store staff, ensure opening and closing procedures are completed, and help maintain day-to-day operations.

You will supervise crew, communicate with management, assist customers, price merchandise, stock shelves and reset departments according to planograms.

Qualifications

• Requires deductive reasoning, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Strong communication and supervision capabilities are essential.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, overnights and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager or Operations Supervisor is onsite.
• Collaborate with store management and store crews to drive execution.
• Assign, direct and follow up on all activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate information effectively between management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and ensure a positive shopping experience.
