Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is hiring a Retail Service Specialist in Brookville, OH. You will support store management, lead customer service, ensure store operations, and occasionally handle shift leadership in managers' absence.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom and ensure team execution of service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store transfers, and DC add orders timely; contact customers on shipment arrivals as needed.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently using the external purchase ledger.
• Process and stage returns, issue refunds correctly, and manage returned merchandise.
• Invoicing of merchandise including core charges and warranties before product leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Ensure adherence to posted work schedules and proper clock-in/out procedures.
• Perform opening/closing duties, day end procedures, secure money/deposits, and lock/secure the building and delivery vehicle(s).
• All other duties as assigned.
