Shake Shack is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Leader at our Plano, TX location to manage shift operations, ensure top quality and safety, and guide a team of hourly Team Members. You will support hiring, training, and daily operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team.
• Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead high performing team of hourly Team Members.
• May assist with operational support functions (i.e. Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory, etc.).
• Participates in applicant interviews and assists with employee relations.
