Qualifications

• 1 year or more of leadership experience in a restaurant setting.
• Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction.
• Strong problem solving abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage flow of service and direct on-shift team members to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality and speed.
• Help build and lead a high-performing team of hourly Team Members.
• Assist with operational support functions (e.g., purchasing, receiving, inventory).
• Participate in applicant interviews and assist with employee relations.
