Team Lyders Payroll Inc is seeking a Shift Leader for part-time roles at Taco Bell locations in the Mid-West. You will supervise shifts, train crew members, and uphold brand standards while fostering a positive work environment.

Lead with MIC routines, manage inventory, and ensure a consistent guest experience in a fast-paced setting. Required are 1+ years in restaurant leadership, strong communication, and the ability to pass background and MVR checks.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a restaurant leadership or training role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass a background screening and MVR check.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and extended shifts when necessary.

• Supervise and support team members during shifts.
• Assist with training and development of new and existing team members.

• Manage equipment maintenance and safety standards.
• Perform and oversee cash handling and daily banking tasks.
