Team Lyders Payroll Inc, a Taco Bell franchisee, seeks a Shift Leader to support daily restaurant operations, train team members, and uphold brand standards. You will play a key role in delivering outstanding guest experiences and building a positive team environment.

The role requires 1+ years in restaurant leadership, strong communication, and flexibility to work weekends and extended shifts. You will oversee staffing, inventory, safety, and cash handling while guiding teammates to achieve MIC

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a restaurant leadership or training role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass a background screening and MVR check.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and extended shifts when necessary.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and support team members during shifts.
• Assist with training and development of new and existing team members.
• Set the tone for exceptional customer service and teamwork.
• Plan, direct, and deploy crew to meet brand and company standards.
• Manage product inventory and ordering to meet demand.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and equipment standards.
• Audit CORE performance and provide coaching for improvement.
• Perform and oversee cash handling and daily banking tasks.
