Job summary

Team Lyders Payroll Inc. is seeking a Shift Leader to support daily restaurant operations at Taco Bell franchise locations in the Midwest. You will train and develop team members, supervise shifts, and uphold brand standards while promoting a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a restaurant leadership or training role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass a background screening and MVR check.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and extended shifts when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support team members during shifts.
• Assist with training and development of new and existing team members.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, championing Team Lyders’ core values.

• Deliver a Consistent Customer Experience.
• Plan, direct, and deploy crew to meet brand and company standards.
• Manage product inventory and ordering to meet demand.

• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and equipment standards.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
• Assist with administrative duties, including back-office organization.
• Perform and oversee cash handling and daily banking tasks.
