Job summary

Team Lyders is seeking a Part-time Shift Leader to support daily restaurant operations at Taco Bell locations in the Midwest. You will supervise and develop team members, ensure consistent customer service, and uphold brand standards while fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a restaurant leadership or training role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass a background screening and MVR check.

• Supervise and support team members during shifts.
