Team Lyders is seeking a part-time Shift Leader to support daily restaurant operations at Taco Bell locations in the Mid-West. You will supervise crew, help train team members, and uphold brand standards while fostering a positive work environment.

This role offers a path to leadership growth, requires 1+ year restaurant leadership experience, strong communication, and willingness to work weekends and evenings. You must be 18+ and able to pass background and MVR checks.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of restaurant leadership or training experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Able to solve problems and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to pass a background screening and MVR check.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and extended shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support team members during shifts.
• Assist with training and development of new and existing team members.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, championing Team Lyders' core values.
• Set the tone for exceptional customer service and teamwork.
• Execute MIC Success Routine to ensure operational efficiency.
• Plan, direct, and deploy crew to meet brand and company standards.
• Manage product inventory and ordering to meet demand.
• Assess and coach team members for service excellence.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and equipment standards.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
• Assist with administrative duties, including back-office organization.
• Audit CORE performance and provide coaching for improvement.
• Manage equipment maintenance and safety standards.
• Perform and oversee cash handling and daily banking tasks.
