Job summary

Team Lyders Payroll Inc, a Taco Bell franchisee, is seeking a part-time Shift Leader to support daily restaurant operations, supervise team members, and uphold brand standards. You’ll help train staff, set tone for service, and foster a positive, inclusive workplace.

This role provides leadership growth and requires 1+ years in restaurant leadership, strong communication, willingness to work evenings/weekends, and ability to pass background and MVR checks.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in restaurant leadership or training.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass a background screening and MVR check.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and extended shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support team members during shifts.
• Assist with training and development of staff.
• Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture and uphold brand values.
• Set the tone for exceptional customer service and teamwork.
• Plan and deploy crew to meet brand standards and manage inventory.
• Coach team members for service excellence and maintain cleanliness.
• Oversee daily operations, back-office tasks, and safety standards.
• Perform cash handling and daily banking tasks.
