Little Caesars in Ozark, AL is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise Crew Members and ensure customer satisfaction and restaurant profitability during each shift. You will receive direction from management, complete the 4-week Training Plan, and supervise employees, including those under 18, while maintaining policy compliance and safety standards.

The role requires a hands-on management style, the ability to lift up to 55 pounds, and the capacity to work a flexible shift with no guaranteed hours.

Formación

• Experience in restaurants, retail or customer-contact roles preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and basic math skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be dependable, hardworking and able to work under pressure.
• Able to work ~20–30 hours per week and perform all essential functions.
• Has completed the 4-week Shift Leader Training Plan and passed evaluations.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a driving record in line with company guidelines.
• US work eligibility as required by USCIS.

Responsabilidades

• Serve customers with accurate orders within service time goals.
• Prepare high-quality products per training handbook and station guides.
• Maintain proper restaurant image and adhere to policies and standards.
• Keep work stations clean and organized; comply with health department standards.
• Manage cash handling and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Provide direction and coaching to Crew Members and monitor performance.
• Monitor cost controls for food, paper, labor, and utilities during shifts.
• Complete daily paperwork accurately as directed.
• Follow opening/closing procedures and communicate issues promptly.
• Possess ability to lift up to 55 pounds and perform physical duties as required.
• Supervise and motivate Crew Members to meet goals and deadlines.
